The team of Quality, Risk and Compliance Managers are responsible for ensuring that members are compliant with the Funeral Director Code and for promoting the role of standards in the funeral sector by providing advice and support to NAFD members in their area.
Highly organised, self-motivated and solutions focused, the successful candidate will be an effective communicator and adept at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly is also essential for success. The ideal candidate will have an interest in becoming involved in the development of the profession and have a working knowledge of funeral sector issues and the changing regulatory landscape.
